We only accept credit card payments. Please read the following points carefully.
- We only ship domestically and do not accept shipping overseas.
- Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days after confirmation.

Delivery and shipping charges
We will send it via Yamato Transport. If there are any delays in shipping due to circumstances, we will contact you separately.
*There are some remote islands where we cannot deliver to.
In that case, we may decline your order after sending you the automatic reply email (order confirmation email).

The fee is 1,000 yen (tax included) nationwide.
Only one delivery address can be specified per order. If you have multiple delivery addresses, please place separate orders.
Returns
- Please note that we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or the item delivered is different from the item ordered.
- We will cover the return shipping costs for defective, damaged or different products than what was ordered.
