長野県中野市の農園「Happy Fruits」から頂いたアップルウッド。焼きたての甘いアップルパイを思わせる可憐な香りと上品なフローラルノートが特徴です。

赤紫蘇

温泉街の中心にある「ハウスサンアントン」手作りのしそジュース。赤紫蘇は青紫蘇に比べて珍しく、ハーブやアニスのような香りがあります。程よい酸味がシソジンに独特の風味を加えています。

青紫蘇

スッキリとしたミントと、柑橘系のようなフレッシュさがシソジンに爽やかさとインパクトを与え、全体の複雑な味わいに調和をもたらします。
