After the Peel lemon marmalade

マイヤーレモンマーマレード「After the Peel」は、ジンのボタニカル用に皮をむいた後のレモンで作られました。残ったレモンの果実と果汁に砂糖のみを加え、甘酸っぱくほろ苦い仕上がりに。パンやヨーグルト、クリームチーズなどと一緒に食べたり、炭酸水や牛乳などお好みの飲み物に合わせて、ドリンクとしても楽しめます。

“After the Peel” meyer lemon marmalade is made from the  leftover lemon fruit after their peels have been used as  gin botanicals. Only sugar is added to the remaining lemon flesh and juice, resulting in a sweet, tangy, and slightly  bitter flavor. Enjoy it with bread, yogurt, or cream cheese, or mix it with sparkling water, milk, or your favorite drink to enjoy it as a beverage!
