Our founder, Nagumo, traveled to the distillery to hand-pick each sprout one by one, joining the production team to deeply align on the aromatic direction that defines “true fukinoto character.” For this edition, the maceration ABV was raised higher than the previous batch, the vessel was redesigned for more uniform botanical infusion, and the distillation cut points were refined — all resulting in a significantly cleaner, more vivid expression of fukinoto’s signature aroma.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eJuniper berry, cardamom, yuzu, and lemongrass weave together in perfect harmony.
